You can have the data Ncorper holds about you deleted at any time. Ncorper does not use Facebook Login and takes no data from people's Facebook or Instagram accounts.
How to ask
- Email hello@ncorper.com from the address you sign in to Ncorper with, with the subject “Delete my data”.
- We will confirm we have your request, and may ask you to confirm it comes from you.
- Within 30 days we delete your account and the website events recorded for you, and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Your account, your sign-in records and the events Ncorper recorded from your website are deleted. Records of money spent on your campaigns are kept as long as the law requires for accounts, without your contact details. Anonymous totals (for example, how many clicks a campaign had) may be kept, because they identify no one.
If you visited a website that uses Ncorper
Ncorper records only an event name, a page path, an advert's tracking parameters and the time, with no name, email or IP address, so it cannot find a visitor's events by who they are. Ask the website's owner, who decides what is recorded; or email hello@ncorper.com with the website and the date of your visit and we will help.
