Ncorper is a platform that plans, runs and measures advertising campaigns for small businesses. It is run by James Canavan, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. This page says what Ncorper collects, why, who else handles it, how long it is kept, and how to get a copy of it or have it deleted. Questions go to hello@ncorper.com.
What Ncorper collects
- Account details: the email address you sign in with, and the sign-in records needed to keep you signed in.
- Campaign details: what you tell Ncorper about your product, your customers and your campaign, and what Ncorper produces from it: research notes, proposals, landing pages, ad copy and images, approvals, and spend.
- Events from your website: if you add Ncorper's script to your site, it records visits from your adverts and the results you choose to count (for example, a sign-up). Each event is the event name, the page path, the advert's tracking parameters (utm values and fbclid) and the time. It is recorded only under your own site's consent banner, and Ncorper does not store IP addresses, browser details, names, email addresses or anything typed on the page.
What it is used for
To run and measure your campaigns and to produce your reports. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to advertise anything other than your own campaigns.
Who else handles it
- Meta and Google, when a campaign runs there: only what is needed to create and run your adverts and read their results.
- Vercel (hosting and file storage) and Neon (database), in London.
- OpenAI and Anthropic, whose models read your campaign details to write research, proposals and adverts.
- Resend, which sends sign-in emails.
Ncorper uses the Google Ads API to create and run campaigns in Google Ads accounts that Ncorper owns and manages, and to read their results. It does not offer Google sign-in and does not ask for access to anyone's Google account, so it receives no data from your Google account. What it sends to Google is your adverts, their keywords, budgets and landing page addresses.
How long it is kept
Account and campaign details are kept while your account is open. Website events are kept for up to 180 days after the campaign they belong to ends, then reduced to anonymous totals. Events that Ncorper turned away are kept for 30 days, to help fix an install.
Getting a copy or having it deleted
Email hello@ncorper.com from the address you sign in with. We will send you a copy of your data, or delete your account and your website events, within 30 days. See Deleting your data.
